Product boxes must be in their original, factory-sealed condition. Non-prescription sunglasses and accessories must be in their original condition. This does not apply to loss or theft. The refund will be issued in the same form as the original purchase. This guarantee does not cover accidental damage, scratches, or breakage. Additional lens enhancements, frame upgrades and accessories are extra.
Contact Lens Return Policy
We accept all unopened, unexpired boxes of contact lenses accompanied by the original sales receipt within 90 days. Product boxes must be in their original, factory-sealed condition for a full refund.
Products must be returned within 90 days of purchase to make an exchange. Ray-Ban Stories must be returned within 45 days of purchase for exchanges. Exchanges can be any pair equivalent to their original purchase price. Additional lens enhancements, frame upgrades and accessories are extra. For online exchanges, guests must return the original pair purchased with the original receipt upon delivery of the replacement pair.

I have two numbers for my PD...
Don't worry. Some doctors take your distance for each eye. Your just a simple equation away from your pupillary distance.
1.Add the two numbers
The first step is to add the numbers together. We recommend a calculator because no one's perfect.
2.Divide by 2
Once you have the two numbers added together just divide them by 2 and that is you're pupillary distance!
Double check your number and then enter it in the pupillary distance field.
