Although you cannot apply any insurance benefits directly to your contact lens online order on this site, your insurance company may reimburse you for the purchase, provided you have an applicable out-of-network benefit in your plan.

If you have an out-of-network contact lens benefit in your vision plan, purchase your contacts online at the Target Optical website. Submit your receipt along with an out-of-network claim form to your insurance company. Any reimbursement you receive from your insurance company is determined by the out-of-network benefit in your vision plan.
